I booked a room it was dirty and little ants all around the sink they wouldn’t give me my money back but offered to change rooms looked at the 2nd room same thing!! I left wrote emails to the hotel just wanted my money back no response and never got my money back terrible customer service!!

Didn’t have washcloths at all had to ask for them! Out bathtub had built up dust where the shower curtain was like it was never moved to be cleaned. Towels were not white they were dingy looking. NO HOT TUB!! Coffee for breakfast was cold the 2 days we were there! Would I stay again absolutely NOT!

when we arrived, we found one of the hand towels looked like it had been used to wipe up the floor and put back on the towel bar. The soap dish is the shower was filthy, the back wall at the joining with the shower floor was a mess, looked dirty, had mold growth etc. When I open the bed to get ion the bottom sheet dah dirt pieces and creases like someone had slept on it and the sheet not replaced. I slept between the top sheet and the bed spread. we found the phone in a drawer and the cord between it and the wall was missing. The clock was also on the floor behind the nightstand. The shower head was partly clogged resulting in a small flow of water, The bath towels smelled. Thids is not a place I would stay in again.

Rooms need a good cleaning. Bathroom vents filthy, dust on furniture surfaces, coffee maker & refrigerator had not been cleaned. This is a good place to stay & staff is always accommodating so CLEAN the rooms and you get a 5 star.

a lot of noise from a guest, I think he lived in the hotel, my children woke up scared during the 2 nights with loud music. On the last day the refrigerator stopped working and some of my children's clothes got wet on the floor. I booked a non-smoking room but people smoked outside and the smell practically goes into the room.

The front lobby was very nice. Our room looked like it was updated recently but several problems with the bathroom. The light kept turning off while taking a shower. The towels and shower curtain need to be replaced. The pillows were terrible, but thankfully we travel with our own. First time at a Red Roof Inn and will follow travellers recommendations. Fairly noisy by the highway, although other hotels we've stayed at near the highway are very quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Brekfast was good. However, my room had a dirty floor. Some towels were dirty and not fresh.

The hotel was old and tired. It was dirty inside and out. The furniture was very old, you could live with that if any attempt was made to have it look nice. The bedspread was stained. The towel were gray, thin and stained. There was mold around the shower base. I would not recommend or stay there again.

It is good for a quick stop if you are driving for a long time. Not a place for a long stay or vacation.

Requested a crib for our toddler and received a very clean functional one. Free breakfast was great too! Waffles, bagels, cereal, muffins, eggs, toast, coffee, juice! Very clean and friendly staff as well.

The mattress was absolutely horrible..
Like sleeping in a hole..
No tissues in room no hand soap
Pillows are junk.

I was like how bad could it be for one night.

One of the nicest Red Roof Inns I have stayed in. Laura on the desk is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, refrigerator worked and had a freezer compartment to refreeze my ice packs. Platform bed was cat proof. In other facilities bottom areas in the platform bed have places where cats and slip in.
