I liked that the hotel was so close to 95. The lobby was clean and the registration process was efficient. The room was disappointing. Traces of mold around bathtub with bugs in the bathroom light fixture. Conditioner was ineffective on my hair. No body lotion supplied. Room was very quiet. No tea available in my room. Bed very comfortable. Free cookies delicious.

We were very happy with our experience. The hotel is clean with no noted signs of wear in spite of learning that a reno is planned. Staff was very friendly. If you stay there, plan to be greeted for breakfast by Miss May who presents a lovely buffet. Will rebook for our return trip.

Easily accessed from Interstate 95. A bit of a maze to get to. Located off side street behind businesses and 4 other hotels. Very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast service personnel were friendly and personable.

Great location, easy/safe seeming parking, close to things, helpful front desk staff & breakfast was A+ with a great space & woman attending. I’d definitely come back! The indoor hot tub was delightful, large & when they renovate I hope it stays the same. (Beats me if the indoor pool was heated or not, it was too cold for my blood. :]) I appreciated the lights over the guest lobby office area were not on all the time (love to save energy), but suggest a laminated half sheet of paper size sign around the desk area that reads “See front desk to turn on lights.” Grateful for free bottled water upon check-in when filter machine off (or in need of service?). The property is soon to get remodeled & corporate may be waiting to do a (growing) punch list all at once. If you’re ok overlooking quirks* and can handle a mid grade firm mattress, definitely book! Unusual mattress quality for a Marriott, must be getting replaced soon. I heard a guest check-in & ask if there was a room with softer mattress so he remembered the difference too. I was a solo female traveler & will stay (likely in May 2026) again if price falls reasonable. **Quirks out of employee control, guest printer down several weeks-front desk printer stopped working a few days ago-2nd floor ice machine out of service-pool area card access didn’t work, front desk redid my card & still had to swipe me in, filtered water machine on one day/off next. Remote workers, the desk space and chair amenities in room & lobby A+!

The only thing that was just slightly under par was the heating unit did not work properly but it never got too cold anyway and we had sufficient covers so we were not uncomfortable! The little coffee pot was not working properly! But staff was great and it was quiet!

Terrible Hotel for a Family

I am currently here for one night on our way to Florida for a family vacation. As soon as you open the door you are hit with a musty odor. Room at a first glance is really nice looking. The more you start to look around the dirtier it gets. Stains all over the curtains, holes in the curtains, water stains in the bathtub, cracked tile in the bathroom, paint chipping or mold on the ceiling, lampshade all ripped up, microwave is sticky, lamp was unplugged, and the plug was so bent I was afraid to plug it back in. The only good thing here is the TVs worked, and the air was cold. Would not recommend this hotel ever.
