"I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. "Room was dirty, especially underneath the beds. My daughter dropped her earbud, When she went to grab it, she found tons of trash and remaining items from previous Guest. The floors of the room should be mopped, after each guest. Our cooler leaked a little so When we wiped up it up, the towel was disgusting on how dirty it was."

"Be prepared to pay for parking and it's complicated. It doesn't act like it goes through and then ends up charging you three times. The place is older but clean. Beds are older and not as comfortable as others that we have stayed in. Kind of pricey for the quality."

"I have no idea why this place doesn’t shut down to renovate. Everything is under construction. We walked in the door and the entire first floor was gutted and they’re putting the rooms together so there’s drywall all over the floor. We stayed on the third floor and all the smoke alarms were covered with black tape, missing ceiling tiles exposing the insulation that looked like they used to be pink, a lot of black (mold? Unsure but likely). The room smelled very odd, likely from the construction....
