Instead of asking about property ask if the guess felt ok. If so, good customer service. Poor room service small empty refrigerator. No complimentary breakfast. I have been to 3rd world country hotel and have seen better guess service and accommodation. For the price something better is needed.

Hotel was close to lot of eating places. Easy access to on and off Hwy. 190. Dislike the beds were not comfortable at all. Cause uneasy to sleep.

Our first night there we had no phone, no TV and for a while no electricity. The desk clerk said our option was to go somewhere else. They had no rooms available and couldn’t move us. Ours was the only room effected do it was our problem.

It was a nice hotel. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night; my daughter was sick and my grandson's family were down w Covid. Two suggestions: 1) I was in a handicapped room. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short; water leaked out from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. Need a longer curtain. 2) I like to read. The lighting in the room at both the desk and next to the bed were inadequate for easy reading. WJM

Elevator Concern
This hotel is a large, old hotel that was another chain prior. The hotel is in need of maintenance & repairs, our room was on the 6th floor and our disappointment started when they issued us a handicap room. Then one of the two elevators was not operational. The one operating elevator was scary, it jerked to a stop, rumbled a bit & then proceeded to climb! I truly though “this can’t be how I die, in a rickety old elevator in Killeen TX” ;0) well needless to say that elevator also became non operational! Many customers had to take stairs however we were fortunate enough to have had a nice conversation with the housekeeping staff (they were very nice) and they allowed us to use the service elevator.

This hotel put my life at risk. They not only confirmed to someone that was calling all hotels in town looking for me, that I was in fact there. But they also provided this person with my room number. The front desk person transferred a call to my room, I picked up and the person on the other line stated my name then when I asked who it was, they hung up. Thirty minutes later, that same person showed up at my door. This hotel is unsafe and I had to leave that night due to fearing for my safety.
