"This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Set on the lake our view was phenomenal! The room was large with patio doors leading to patio with seating. It was simply idyllic! We stayed only 2 nights and could have stayed much longer. The entire staff provided exceptional service. Sergei was so sweet and kind delivering room service. Food in the bar was very good as was evening music. Breakfast large buffet and delicious. We can not recommend this hotel enough! "

"Wir haben das Hotel zum Abschluss einer Wanderreise gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und die Hoteleinrichtung sehr liebevoll. Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Der Service war sehr freundlich. "

"Beautiful hotel with excellent entertainment! However Bar service was poor. When we checked in we were asked to book our breakfast which was already paid for. We booked the breakfast for 10:30am. When we arrived for breakfast at 10;30 there was a queue of almost 50 people ahead of us. As we had arrangements made for 12 in town we had no choice but to leave. Very disappointing after paying for it. I would assume after the receptionist insisting we make the reservation that we would not have to...

"Overall property and rooms were clean. Room and bathroom sizes are large. Carpets are clean but old . They could be replaced with hardwood or other materials. Otherwise excellent place to stay"
