Overall a great stay at this place. Great spot to be close to a lot of things and also very quiet. Only complaint would be that it was a little hot at times in the room but the fan really helped with that. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this place. It has everything you need, including a fully supplied kitchenette. It's also quite, and I slept great in that bed.

Beautiful place to stay in Kihei, close to Beach,shops, real food shopping & restaurants. The Condo itself 😆 very clean, stocked with extras, like large beach chairs & towels. I felt very comfortable & at home. For a solo traveler, plenty large enough. I just got home, but already planning my next 😀

This property was ok. I really wish the AC would have actually cooled off the room! It was always super hot no matter what we did. The beach was amazing. I wouldn’t say it had great value. We probably could have rented a hotel room for less. Wasn’t super clean but it is super close to beach.

First time in Maui and I loved this Condo!

I stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf b212. I had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very convenient and close to the main street for easy Uber pick up access. The bathroom was very clean. The air condition worked well along with the fans that were provided. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but I did look at it and it looked really nice. The one feature that I did like was that there was a pür water purifier attachment to the kitchen sink which was very helpful. I recommend going to this place definitely. The location is nice. It’s across from a small beach and close to restaurants and highways. Overall it’s okay but the amenities lack and made it more stressful for us. The property management company should spend a few extra $ and upgrade the umbrellas and other areas of the unit. Bathroom Light is out. Shower head leaks. Fan is broken. Living space Two outlets near porch door didn’t seem to work. Kitchen Old/outdated oil and other items. Throw out the old stuff. Beach rentals Both umbrellas are broken and don’t work.

Booked a room with king sized bed and dishwasher. Was given a twin bed instead and no dishwasher. Stayed 9 nights used pool 2 times, pool and hot tub were always filled with actual residents from the condo complex, which is fine, I just expected a less busy pool area. And that’s on me. Super small condo, living room and bedroom are the same room. Overall I would rate this place 3 stars. Costumer service was great and helpful over the phone.

Very unhappy with Maui Rental Group. When we entered the room we saw that the internet did not work. So we call the Maui Rental Group and they were very unhelpful could not care less about a us. They said the would make a work order and did nothing else. We called the next day and they were mean and argumentative and still did not fix a simple thing. For the whole trip we would call once or twice every day, but no fix. So on my birthday in Maui I had to call the internet provider myself, talk to there support, schedule someone to fix it and they had to come out on my birthday instead of me out in Maui enjoying my birthday. I am not staying at Maui any more and I have told my family and friends about Maui Rental Group.

I would have given this property a five star rating except for one big but -- no towel exchange no matter how long someone is staying. In our case, we each had one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth each for a six day stay. W hen I inquired I was told I could go to the laundromat (the self-laundry room at the property was closed for repairs) down the street and wash the towels myself. No way should I be expected spend my vacation time and money to wash their towels! I re-read the description and policies of the property and there is no mention of this very poor policy. On the other hand, the condo was sufficient for our stay. Comfortable for a couple or a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Property was quiet. As indicated in policy no maid service but with the supplies provided, we took 10 minutes each morning to make the bed and clean up a bit. Pool, spa, barbeque area, tennis courts, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. Location is across the street from a beach park, turtle pond and whale museum. Nearby Azeka Shopping Center has restaurants and services, including reasonably priced Boss Frog for a variety of rental items and not to be missed Nalu's South Shore Grill.
