The stay at the Hyatt with my fiancé & our daughter was really lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, room was lovely, if I can just say one thing though, I just think for the price there should be at least a breakfast or something included in the price, but otherwise the Hyatt Kyiv, was a lovely stay & would recommend to anyone.

I am an American, but this hotel in Kyiv is probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed at. It is very clean and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I liked it so much that I am returning there next month, I would give them 5 stars! It is conveniently located next to St. Sophia cathedral and St. Michaels Monastery, close to Kreschatyk street and you can pay to have them pick you up and take you back to the airport, they also will schedule the Covid-19 test with a nurse in your hotel room for when you fly back to your home country. Shout out to Alexey, Artur, and Alina they were very amazing with their service!

In general the hotel is pleasant, but tv entertainment needs updating plus iphone pods connection is still from first generation apple phones Was there in july and again in September haven’t changed the iPhone system Basically outdated from the first generation iphones Television cable is horrible, no English movies or Netflix Nothing to enjoy while in bed Staff nice, bed mattress horrible for a 5star hotel Not even a simple pillow top mattress Beds very uncomfortable Needs new mattress Charge you for a 5 star hotel which really is no more than a 3 star Location and parking service is excellent.

В двухместном номере только одни тапочки). Жлобство с минибаром оставляет негатив. За те цены что берут могли бы в бассейне и яблоки с орехами или что-то такого плана оставлять) и туалетные пренадлежности в номерах Made in Польша и туалетная бумага однослойная) аля АТБ). Остальное все ок.

Well located and this hotel is a choice location for us. Unfortunately the restaurant is not to our liking so we don’t dine there, which is a pity. The bar restaurant service can improve and pricing is very high forcing you to go elsewhere for the night apart from a starter drink. If pricing and restaurants were better, we spent more time in the hotel. Apart from this the rooms are nice and hotel has good feel and great location.

3 stars for twice the price. This place is a joke.

Do not believe the five stars. Do not pay more than $150 for this hotel. The Fairmont, Intercontinental, and Bursa are superior hotels for the same price or less. This place is like going back in time in a bad way. Everything about this hotel is cold and the general attitude of the staff is just ridiculous. Most importantly this does not have the wonderful, smart, and positive vibe that is True Kyiv.

Really nice stay. The only minor gripe I have is I reported my safe would not open and asked that it be fixed while I was out for the day. This did not happen. Other than that minor issue, the hotel was great.
