Hôtel agréable mais problème de réservation

Une amie et moi avions réservé 2 singles pour 3 nuitées. A trois jours de notre arrivée, un mel du service réservation du groupe Malika nous information que notre réservation devait être annulée pour raison impérative (en fait l'accueil d'un groupe...) et nous proposait d'autres hôtels ne correspondant pas à nos attentes. Pour résumer, la solution au term de nombreux éhanges, coups de téléphone.... et stress, nous avons dormi la première nuit dans cet hôtel, qui est agréable, et avons ensuite été déménagés dans un autre hôtel, moins bien. Expérience donc très peu agréable dont on ne sait si la faute revient à expédia, l'hôtel, la centrale de réservation ou l'intermédiaire russe entre expédia et la centrale. En tout cas, expérience fort peu plaisante...

Хороший отель расположенный в самом историческом центре Хивы. Отличное расположение, так как все достопримечательности в 3-5 минутах ходьбы от отела. Вежливый и предупредительный персонал, но на ужин не хватает официантов (он там всего один). Номера очень просторные. Из минусов: Самый главный - отель НЕ ПРИНИМАЕТ К ОПЛАТЕ КАРТЫ, ТОЛЬКО НАЛИЧКУ. Из за чего мы остались практически без наличных средств, а банкоматов в Хиве мы не нашли.В номере нет холодильника, а он бы не помешал. WiFi только на ресепшн. завтрак несколько скудноват Резюмируя - отель хороший, но цена завышена

Superb location and comfortable stay

Malika Kheivak is not a luxury hotel but I'm not sure there are any in Khiva. Considering what is available and most importantly the location, Malika Kheivak is an excellent choice. It is inside the old town walls and so everything is nearby. It is great if you need to go back and use the toilet while you're exploring the town! The hotel is slightly more expensive than the beautiful boutique B&Bs in Bukhara for example, but that is simply because of the lack of choice in Khiva. We had an upstairs room with a view and I'd recommend it. The room itself was very simple but was clean and comfortable enough.The large divans in the hotel restaurant in the courtyard is perfect for a beer and a decent meal. There is wifi too although the connection is hardly available from the room. The only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast. The dining room is a bit dark and depressing and there were flies about. Otherwise a good option in Khiva.

物腰の柔らかなホテルマンが迎えてくれます。

ホテルマンの皆さんの対応が、何よりも良かったです。 お部屋も、このような辺鄙な場所なのに、十分満足です。 カフェでのフルーツジュースも、おススメできます。

Finalmente no me aloje en este hotel. Tenia 3 noches reservadas y al llegar al hotel me dicen que solo tengo una noche alli y otras dos en otro hotel del grupo fuera de la zona amurallada. Mi reserva no dice nada de eso y no me dan ninguna solucion ya que el hotel esta lleno con grupos organizados. Da la impresion de ser politica habitual del hotel este tipo de practicas. Rogaria a hoteles.com controlar estas practicas que creo ponen en entredicho su empresa

世界遺産のなか！

世界遺産のなかにあるので、とにかく便利！暑くなったら、部屋に戻って涼んだり、併設されているレストランでお茶したり。それに観光客のいなくなった静かな夜の、朝のヒヴァの街を独占できる。

Pleasant comfortable hotel in a great location

Good sized, well equipped room with comfortable beds. The hotel is well managed and run. Great location inside the walled old city of Khiva. Varied breakfast. It would have been nice to have had plants and decorative objects around the public places, as it looked rather bare. Also it would be great to see flowers in the garden area.

Caro para o que oferece

Hotel e quarto limpos, ambiente tranquilo. O hotel está localizado fora da área histórica, mas a apenas 2 minutos caminhando de um dos portoes de acesso. Ótima localização para quem preza sossego. No meu ponto de vista, o serviço do hotel deixou muito a desejar. Não apareceram no aeroporto na minha chegada, como previamente combinado e o recepcionista teve bastante dificuldade para chamar um táxi na minha saída. Custo nao condiz com benefício.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour la visite de Khiva

Avions prévu un séjour de 3 jours pour visiter Khiva et les environs. Alisher, le réceptionniste en poste lors de notre passage, a tout fait pour nous rendre ce séjour le plus agréable possible et nous faciliter la visite des forteresses du désert ; souriant, disponible et serviable, il était à l'écoute du moindre souhait.

Excelente ubicación dentro de la ciudad. A pesar de llevar la reserva confirmada, intentaron cambiarnos de hotel alegando que estaba completo y no tenían habitación para la segunda noche; como es la tercera vez que nos pasaba en el país no cedimos y alegamos nuestros derechos; finalmente nos quedamos Desayuno correcto. Habitación amplia y baño adecuado, aunque con escasas facilities. No pedimos que te pongan un albornoz, pero hombre, que el sobre de gel de, al menos, para una ducha.
