"We did not even stay the night and left at 11 PM to drive 3 hours home. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette ashes in the drawer of the nightstand, and there were unsavory people just hanging out in the parking lot. When we arrived back to our room after being out, there was a random puddle of water on the floor that didn't seem to be traceable to anything, and footprints through the water, as if somebody had been in our room while we were out. When the staff was told of this upon our *very* early checkout, she just said she would "make note of it." No refund or compensation was offered, and the security hold of $25 is still showing up in our bank account. "

"Everything was perfect the staff was great, the property was well maintained the room was awesome. I like the quietness of the motel very pleasant stay until i paid for two days directly at the counter using my chime card the transaction went through. The money was taken out of my account i went to pay for another day they took 116.00 cash for that day and i was going to pay the remaining 50.00 balance on my card for that days rate. They tried to recharge me the 301.47 transaction again stating i hadn't paid which is incorrect. I called my bank they said the transaction is on the merchants end and the forced me to check out in turn also keeping my 116.00 for no reason. Not only was i spoken to like i was an idiot they kept 116.00 of which they weren't entitled to and treated me like i had stolen from them. Now everyday they numerous times a day keep trying to run my card for unauthorized transactions in various amounts. They keep saying that the money will be returned to my card i only want my 116.00 cash that was taken returned and for them to stop fraudulently trying to run my debit card for unauthorized transactions. When i called they said it was there system rebooting but it repeatedly everyday and different amounts at different times. Up until this happened it was a great experience. Its appalling that this is happening im curious to see what the final outcome is going to be with the 301.47 they say i never paid but i did. I had stayed over a wee and would have cont."

"Hot tub water gross as pump wasn't working. Breakfast was lame, line of 5 for one waffle maker, limited option. Juice was gross. Room was too small and packed but couldn't take food to room because of sign. Shower nozzle needs love. Check in lady was nice. "
