Normally, being by the elevators does not bother me. Unfortunately, it was incredibly loud and noisy. It literally sounded like the people were in my room. Not fun to be woken up at 6:00 in the morning or late at night, both times I wish that the other guests were more considerate of the noise levels of the groups as there was kids soccer tournament. Situations kept happening that I did not have much patience for at the end I understand and respect it was a very busy weekend , I Could not utilize the pool or roof top because my keys wasn't working (It ends up being a systemal issue). Couldn't utilize room service as no one told me about the numbering system until the last order. One of the staff was very rude to me when asking for extended check out due to a later flight. One of the managers however, was the only one that was very helpful in all my frustrating situations allowing me to vent.
I would love to try and stay here again, but far from the elevators. Must note the fries are amazing!
