Liked the views, cleanliness and housekeeping and easy access to pool. Choice of supermarkets nearby. Maria the housekeeper was excellent and helpful. Building and surroundings were a little "tired" however a good budget base for exploring the wonderful island.

The room was average. The bathrooms shower was broken and flooded the bathroom. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t give us correct advice about the local beaches. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel med og uten fasiliteter

Et hyggelig hotell med fint swimingpool like ved butikk. Rommet har kjøkkenkrok med begrenset utstyr. I hotell-informasjonen står det: "Fasiliteter: Komfort: air conditioning" Desverre stemte det ikke. Air conditionin måtte vi betale med 5 euro pr døgn. Avhengig av bil for å nå strand, bakeri o.l.

Największy atut to wspaniały widok z balkonów na piękne morze. Stan obiektu adekwatny do ceny. Fajny basen. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Pokój niestety nie był sprzątany.

Enttäuschend!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben ein Apartment mit Meerblick für eine Woche gebucht. Hatten aber keinen Meerblick wie auf den Bildern, doch auf Nachfrage hieß es: alle Zimmer belegt! Aber schlimmer: nicht sauber! Alles staubig! Boden wurde nicht einmal gekehrt. In Bad und Küche Ameisen. Angeblich tägliche Zimmerreinigung....war nur Müllbeutel wechseln! Nur einmal neue Handtücher! Geschirr dreckig! Bad nicht sauber. Überall Plastik abgebrochen. Putz an der Wand kommt runter durch Feuchtigkeit! Gesundheitsschädlich?! Betten: Matratzen so hart, dass man die Federn spürt! Jeden Morgen knallten die Türen überall durch das „Reinigungspersonal“! Keine Ruhe! Nachttischlampen auch defekt. Pass wurde als Kaution einbehalten, bei Checkout anrufen müssen, um zu erfragen wie Checkout läuft und wie ich den Pass zurück bekomme: „Kommen Sie zum Restaurant, um den Pass zu holen.“ Fazit: Unzufrieden! Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin hat offensichtlich keinerlei Lust, Geld in die Apartments zu stecken und Sauberkeit steht wohl auch nicht im Vordergrund! Offensichtlich nicht mal die kleinsten Schäden/Probleme werden behoben. Wir haben bereits in anderen Ländern auch in dieser Preislage in Apartments gewohnt, doch noch nie solch einen schlechten Aufenthalt gehabt! Einzig Gute: der Ort ist schön. Direkte Umgebung:Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars.

The pool bar although advertised wasn't open.The woman cleaner wasn't very enthusiastic we had to ask for things like toilet roll and clean towels the beds went change at all during our 10 nights and we paid 60 euros for air conditioning which didn't work very well .The place is a little run down and needs updating

Es war nicht ganz sauber als wir ankamen, Haare von den Vorgängern... Bad war ne Katastophe alt und teilweise schimmlig. Ansonshen wars ok, hatte nicht viel erwartet. Wlan sollte aber schon tun wenn mans anbietet.

Die Unterkunft, der Ort, der Ausblick, Pool alles bestens , angemessen an dem Preis. Schlimm sind die Matratzen, die sind bestimmt 20 Jahre alt und man liegt direkt auf dem Federkern - Rost. Das war grenzwertig.

Wir waren im Economy-Studio direkt am Pool untergebracht. Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft, der Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt-Nähe Negativ: Unsauberkeit des Zimmers (Kakerlake, es wurde nicht sauber gemacht bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt), Wlan hat nicht funktioniert, Herd in Studio 1 defekt, Toilettenspülung in Studio 2, unbequeme Federkernmatratzen, es war für Fragen niemand erreichbar, hoteleigene Restaurant geschlossen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch für Ausflüge auf der Insel geeignet, zudem günstig zum Strand und mit sehr guten Restaurants in Laufumgebung! Die Studios sind einfach ausgestattet, aber zweckmäßig und sauber! Für Menschen mit Behinderung ist die ganze Insel aufgrund ihrer Geografie nicht sehr günstig! Wer gut zu Fuß ist, erlebt einen Fantastischen Urlaub „bei Freunden“!

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend aber auch sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Matratzen haben ihren Zenit erreicht und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Nasszelle ist klein und weniger sauber. Wir waren 7 Tage vor Ort und es wurden nur 1x die Betten gemacht. Gefegt und saubergemacht wurde überbewertet. Die Toilettenspülung hört nur auf zu laufen, wenn gegen den Spülkasten gehauen wird. Internet/WLAN war nicht verfügbar. Die Rezeption war zu keinem Zeitpunkt besetzt, also etwaige Anliegen durfte die nette Kassiererin von nebenan aus dem Market kontaktiert werden. Fazit: Wer wenig zahlt, bekommt auch entsprechend. Für mehr Invest und Mühe in die Anlage, wäre man aber durchaus bereit mehr für die Unterkunft auszugeben. In Sachen Eigenwerbung, hat das Casa del Blue keinen guten Eindruck gemacht. Als Representant für die Insel eigentlich schade. Da geht noch mehr.

+ Sehr schöne Süd-Lage mit einer spitzen Aussicht (Meerblick empfehlenswert) + Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt. + Ansprechpartner waren stets erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. - wenig Geschirr - alte Felldecken zum zudecken - kein W-Lan aufgrund technischer Probleme - schlechter Zimmerservice (unregelmäßig, Boden wurde nie gewischt oder gekehrt)

Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Lage und Gegend top, wobei das bei dieser schönen Insel überall der Fall ist :-) Allerdings ist die Unterkunft an sich eher für einen Aufenthalt von max. 3 Tagen geeignet und man muss viel selber mitbringen. Bei dem Preis sollte man fast nichts negatives sagen, jedoch war das Zimmer doch ganz schön schmutzig bereits beim beziehen, die Handtücher (obwohl gewaschen) hatten viele Flecken vom Vorgänger sowie die Bettwäsche, Zimmerservice an sich gibt es nicht es wird nur der Müll jeden Tag geleert und einmal in 8 Tagen die Handtücher gewechselt (die neuen waren noch schmutziger). Auch Toilettenpapier war rar. Dafür ist der Ausblick ein Traum aus den Zimmern mit Meerblick und man ist beim Check-out auf Nachfrage gerne Kulant. Wer sich also mit allem anderen etwas arrangiert für ein paar Tage zum kleinen Preis eine gute Lösung.

To ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ όμορφο και η τοποθεσία γραφική. Η Θέα από το μπαλκόνι ήταν καταπληκτική. Μακάρι να είχαμε μείνει περισσότερες μέρες!
