"When we arrived to check in, the valet was nowhere in site. I had to double park, unload and hunt down the valet who was inside the hotel serving double duty as the bellman. He was very friendly, but it was frustrating that the valet was not outside. After a long drive into the city, we needed to use the restroom and were sent upstairs where of the 5 stalls, none had toilet paper, and there was just a single roll on the sink counter.

"Unique hotel in the hustle and bustle of lower east side. The room was decent in cleanliness. The room smelled a little stale and was a little dusty. Nothing a good wipe down couldn’t fix. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Stayed a few floors down from Mr. Purple and it got busy and loud during evening hours, but noise level was sort of manageable. Overall decent stay for four days."

"I like the hotel. The pool. Everyone is very nice. The area is a bit loud and urban which is a true NYC experience. AC in room was a bit loud.
But overall we like the hotel. My husband loves that there is a pool."

"The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
It was quiet and beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC."
