"L hôtel a donné des directives pour rencontrer le shuttle, dont les appeler quand nous sommes rendu au point de rencontre. Quand j ai appelé le chauffeur m a répondu très bête qu il nous a attendu trop longtemps alors il est parti et si on voulait le shuttle il fallait attendre 2 heures. Je lui ai dit que les douanes ont pris presque 2 heures à passer. Il m a dit de prendre un taxi, qui nous a coûté 35 euros. Pas contente."

"Le service airport shuttle était excellent, il était là à notre arrivé, les détails pour trouver le shuttle était clair, le chauffeur gentil et serviable, nous a aider avec nos valises jusqu’à dans notre chambre. L hôtel était moderne et très propre. La chambre petite mais avec tout les items nécessaires, télé avec netflix prime etc. Un balcon avec vue sur le beau jardin. Accès à du café/thé. Restaurants accessibles à pied 5 minutes . Je recommande fortement cet hôtel."

"The welcome at this hotel is truly wonderful. The shuttle service is excellent. Upon request, they pick us up or drop us off at the airport. They even offer a service to pick us up and drop us off at the restaurant, which is fantastic and also very rare; I'd never seen that before. For one night, it's perfect!"

The location was very convenient, especially being relatively close to the airport, which made the transition from traveling feel much easier and less stressful.
