What lovely, friendly staff!

Narrow streets around this area so there can be a bit of traffic noise. The airport pickup service works brilliantly and is reasonably priced. The welcome received on arrival was so friendly and lovely. Breakfast is a little limited but good - I recommend the masala omelette. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

Sitting on roof was great , value for money. I stayed at a very expensive hotel last time But I tell you I had a better experience at this hotel. Room was cleaned properly food is good and food is not expensive. They can make changes to free breakfast and cook something you like. Parking space is limited but they accommodated very well. Good hearted people.

The hotel furniture need makeover. Bedsheets and towels are dirty. Plus point is providing free airport pickup and hotel is located away from busy street of Thamel.

처음 글을 올린다. 직원들이 친절했기 때문이다. 특히, 나의 어려운 문제를 해결해 주려고 몇 시간이나 도와주었다. 나는 모든 직원 25명에게 100루피 씩을 감사의 표시로 드렸다. 아마도 다음에 다시 묵을 것이다. 모든 직원에게 감사드린다. I am writing the first article. The staff was friendly. In particular, I helped him to solve my difficult problems for hours. I gave 100 rupees to all 25 employees as a token of gratitude. I will probably stay again next time. Thank you to all the staff.

Great base for Thamel

Stayed here for a few days before going trekking and will be back at the end of the trek. Lovely location and amazing service from the staff.Ramkrishna and Janura at reception were always ready to help.Breakfrast was great and the rooms clean and comfy.Very good option for those looking at the cheaper end of the market.

女性一人でも安心

以前も泊まったことがありましたが、夜にカトマンズ着のフライトでしたので、送迎付きのホテルを探してもう一度泊まることに。フライトが1時間遅延しましたが、にこやかに迎えて頂きました。なおかつ、空港送迎無料でした！朝もツーリストバスに乗るため早くホテルを出ましたが、朝食をパッキングして持たせてくれました。親切なスタッフで、女性一人でも安心して泊まれました。

I'd highly recommend this hotel. The staff is excellent and accommodating. It's clear that they want to help. The A/C unit has an incredibly bright light, however, that it kept me awake at night. I climbed on top of a chair to put my clothes over it to cover it. This meant the A/C did not work as well with my shirt over it, but it did disrupt my sleep. The breakfast that was included in the package was good, and the staff was friendly. I'd definitely stay here again - but with my shirt over that bright ass A/C unit...

Considering what we paid overall we had a nice stay there. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel was very noisy from 6am every morning. Basic room. Food from restaurant not bad, very slow service and sometimes served a little cold. Breakfast was plain or curry ok if you can stomach it first thing!

great hotel in Kathmandu

excellent centrally located hotel in Thamel area.close to shops,bus depot and good restaurants. Hotels own restaurant hard to beat with great food and local beer.All staff very friendly,helpful and excellent English.Can't go wrong staying here.

Good location,value for money

Stayed 9 - 11 April 2018 The is the 2nd time we stayed in Bliss. We knew we'll finish our trek 1 day early, managed to send Bliss an email while up in a Langtang lodge to reserve rooms for additional day. My guide called the hotel as soon as there was phone signal. I spoke to Januka at the reception, she was friendly and very helpful, assured me they can accommodate our checking-in a day early. We were held up for 4.5hrs along the mountain road, arrived at Bliss about 9pm. They upgraded our Deluxe Double King room to a family room. The next day they helped us move our luggage to the right rooms. The wash basin was badly choked, the daytime service man couldn't get the job done but the night-time service guy really did a good job.

Good value for money. Close to Thamel shops & restaurants. Rooms good but internal walls near trash bins in the corner of rooms could do with a clean. Restaurant could do with at upgrade. Very good location for Kathmandu city tourism

Stayed two nights in this hotel. It's located at the eastern edge of Thamel area, so with just 5-10 minutes walk you are inside the touristic places of Thamel. Hotel is clean, staff is exceptionally friendly (e.g. Mrs. Januka at reception) - much like basically any Nepali I met. Comfort and standard of hotel is more backpacker-style and not of newest date, but as said before kept clean and orderly. Warm water from solar water heater on roof is working just fine. Don't miss out the roof terrace, where you can neatly sit in the sun and relax from walking around the city. Breakfast is ok for the price. Not large selection, but very tasty food.

Hotel bliss international kathmandu

Everything was good , except getting a hot water in the morning for shower. As per staff wise their service, food and warm welcome was good. One of the staff januka was very good .
