"The staff were superb. Special mention about Christina and the gentleman on reception morning of 12 October (sorry didn’t get his name), both were excellent, knowledgable, professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the hotel are the greatest asset. One suggestion - drawer(s) are needed in the rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The hotel is easy access to airport, so very convenient. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Communication with the front desk was excellent. Our flight was delayed a total of 5 hours though we had no information on when the departure would actually occur until 4 hours into the delay. I was back and forth with the front desk scheduling then rescheduling a shuttle. The front desk always responded in minutes and very gracious given all the uncertainty. "Everything worth the price. The location is quite central and there’s a metro station at a walking distance - I didn’t need a taxi when I came from the airport, neither when I returned - a bit sketchy though, but no need for worries - I fell safe every time I walked back late night. Room was newly remodeled and cleanness was superb. The bar porch is a great venue to get together with others people from the hostel. I’d come back the definitely. "
