"Amazing staff, clean, good amenities. Building itself is really something to marvel at. Location was slightly far from the main train station (10min walk), but it was made very easy by the over street pedestrian walkways. Very close walk to Ginza as well!"

"Room was clean, except for the bathroom which had a slight urine smell. But otherwise clean shower and toliet. Having the convenience store within the hotel was a positive and useful for money withdrawals and late night snacks. Would advise this hotel for a layover night"

"Clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. We had a budget room which was compact but comfortable. The breakfast was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had, with a great view of this part of the city. Shops and restaurants also help to give it a five star rating."

"A nice and clean hotel with a great location. Bed was nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The room is small as indicated but it’s perfect trade off for space and cost. I don’t come to Tokyo to sit in the hotel."
