"Room was large, air conditioning worked well, and our one meal at the restaurant was fine. We were only there for 1 night, arriving late in the evening and left very early the following morning to catch a 6am flight. The proximity to the airport along with an advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was the main purpose for choosing this hotel. "Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine."

"Great overall. Parking was limited but available. Room was great and spacious for a family of 5. Selected the licataion because it was close to Knossos site but a little bit removed from the old town center. Great property."

"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.

"The room is clean but very old, not as modern and shiny look as the lobby. Breakfast is awesome and has lots of choices, also very healthy and tasty. Staff is very helpful and responsive."
