There seemed to be a swarm of stink bugs around and in the building, but that was the only bug in sight. Lots of sweet puppies roaming around with their humans on leashes and great staff. Looking for a place to stay in the KC area with a view of the stadiums without breaking your wallet, this is it.

you get what you pay for, this property was not fancy but close to the stadium. clean as i needed but not immaculate. very close to the I-70, sort of noisy. overall suited my needs. staff at first said they were full ,but found me a room that worked.Friendly, .

The staff were amazing and really attentive from the minute we checked in to when we checked out early. Like the only thing that really killed our time there and why we checked out early was due to the few bugs we found in our room. It really just threw us off because the room was just cleaned and everything but then we came back and as soon as we opened the door there were 2 bugs running under the fridge and then a few more on the walls and bathroom. Thankfully the staff was super understanding and we were able to check out and got a refund for our stay.

This was the worse place i have ever stayed.. Check in is at 3pm,We got there 315pm and had to wait forever. Hardly no rooms were available. The check in area is about a 5x10 spot. It was a disaster. The room smelled of smoke and old dirty water. There was nothing good about this motel.

No working refrigerator, the refrigerator never worked ,even when it was turned up high, it needed servicing. Also there was no pots or pans or dishes I could use, they ran out of them.
