Building and room are old and dated. However, my room was very clean, both the room and the bathroom. Housekeeping even came during my stay which isn't always the norm. Only a 21 minute drive to the KU campus. Glad I stayed here!

Place is clean and updated. It’s a great value and there are several nice restaurants near by. No elevator so if you have a lot to carry ask for the first floor They have a free breakfast but it is not much. Coffee was good, orange juice. Etc. mostly cold cereal and milk.

We stay here everytime we have to go to K.U. Med for appointments. Its about a 20 min drive to the med center. The staff is alwasy nice and the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is typical hotel fare.
