Well first off, I called around 4p to advise the front desk that I would be coming in late (around 8p) NO ONE was at the front desk & I had to call 4 times for someone to come check me in! The room was clean, however if you request 2 beds they are "across" from eachother, which makes it hard to watch the TV since it is between the beds (strange set up) I can't say that all 2bed rooms are set up the same, but maybe something you should ask if you do stay there. Sm kichen, fridge, 2 burner stove & a very small micro. I will say the beds were comfortable, but we did see 2 sm roaches as we were checking out! Oh, one thing, they advertise "breakfast" NO SUCH THING! Coffee only, instant oakmeal, that's it!!!

Nice & Cozy

The property was clean and felt like home. The staff was friendly and had a smile every time we saw them. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great place for the two nights we stayed there.

Clean room and friendly staff

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Only issue was with the free breakfast. There was no food only coffee and the coffee machine was broken the first day. Room was great.

Worth staying at

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Should have brought my own pillows, as the property's pillows were thin and uncomfortable. But if that is the worst I can say, then it wasn't too bad.

Good little pet friendly place to stay

Check in was easy. We brought a pet and they gave us a special little magnet for the door informing that there was a pet inside the room in the event of an emergency. That was nice. The area around the facility had plenty of space to walk the dog. If we needed anything, the front desk staff was very accommodating. It was a pretty pleasant experience overall.

Barley had water pressure to the shower and sink in bathroom. Couldn't take showers due to the low pressure. Tv remote half worked. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The women that work at the front desk are super nice and friendly. The hotel itself does provide a refrigerator with freezer and stove so that’s pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and expensive for everything else. Sometimes hard to park cause the parking lot is too small for the amount of people that regularly stay here. The Tiffany Springs area is convenient enough to shop near Zona Rosa and get back to airport if need be, but for the money they charge here at least put out some cold cereal or eggs and bacon. SOMETHING!!! Microwaveable oatmeal packets and granola bars for breakfast when you’re like a couple dollars cheaper than a Hilton or Embassy Suites is wild!

Upon arrival customer service representative was doing laundry. Waited time before another guest told us she was in the laundry room. We realized your under construction, electronics not plugged in the room and construction dust everywhere. Sheets dirty. Had false eyelashes stuck on the sheets!!! More than gross!!!! Very poor experience. Don’t feel enough staff on duty. Consider shutting down during the construction stage. Would not recommend your company. Thank you.

Not what I had planned for. We were in town for 4 days for a baseball tournament, so I booked a place with a free breakfast and a kitchen to save on food costs. The internet says "free breakfast " when got there, there was no one at the desk to check in with. A girl finally came. Then she said oh there are 2 adults in the room, I need the other persons ID also.....what this has never happened before. So I had to go out to the car for my husband's license. She then said they had a grab and go breakfast. Which in the morning consisted of a muffin and a cup of coffee. Not impressed so we went to the store for breakfast food. Upon entering the kitchen we were taken back, because there was NOTHING in it to cook with or utensils. Then finally found a sign on the counter, we could get these items as a bundle at the front desk, that could of been asked and explained upon check in and to offer use the kitchen supplies. I had already planned our meals around just a microwave at that point. So we did not get them. I do not know if it is an extra cost. Beds are on the harder side. Hotel is dated. Whenever I went by the front desk no one was there.
