"Really enjoyed the onsen (natural hot spring) at this hotel. Sauna and a cold dip as well. One of the best I have ever used. Was up there twice a day. The laundry facility was also very good. The room is dated. Older matterss that was firm, but comfortable. TV was small and did not have any international channels. WiFi was good. Location is excellent. Across from a huge mall and minutes from the train station "
"Breakfast was good with options for both adults and kids. I didn’t like having to get amenities on the first floor, rather than having them in the room already. The bed was okay, but probably the least comfortable on my trip so far. I have a bad back and I found myself tossing and turning a lot overnight. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. "
"Good location, close to local amenities including shops/eateries and most major attractions. The main train station is approximately a 15min walk away which was convenient. The room was compact, but manageable for a couple of nights and was clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout whilst we explored for the rest of the afternoon which was super helpful. Can't vouch for the breakfast as we didn't have this included, but free hot water and coffee were available in the lobby. The lobby however stunk of cigarettes as there was a smoking area nearby."
