Recently stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The family room was amazing. 1 double, 1 large twin and 2 twin beds, kitchenette, laundry in room. Room very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Front staff very friendly with really good English. About a 10 min walk from the Kanazawa station but don’t let that deter you. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at Inova very much. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a coffee bar by the reception which was great. I stayed on the first floor and it was very convenient. It is also a quick walk to the Kanazawa station.

This is a great option for families! The tv in the bathtub was a big hit with our kids. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. They drove us to the station with all of our luggage when we checked out. We didn’t need the washing machine but if we did it would have been so easy to dry the clothes in the bathroom with the dry function in the ventilation system. Definitely recommend and will stay again if we’re in the area!

It’s a 10min walk from Kanazawa station. The room is clean and cozy, amenities are sufficient. The kitchen is everything we need. Only downside is the parking spot, you can’t enter from the front door, make a turn at the branch way before the hotel.

The staff speaks fluent English. The hotel has all facilities you need. Massage chair is a credit. We enjoyed cooking every night. The environment is clean & tidy. A little bit far from JR station around 10~12 min walk.

We loved this property! The room was fantastic and had loads of space (especially storage for bags etc). We were travelling with our baby and there was a cot, a high chair and baby soap! Also having our own washing machine was so helpful (the property also provided washing powder) and there was space to dry the clothes too. There was a supermarket nearby, which was also excellent and had a wide range of food and drink. Finally, we must give a special mention to the staff who were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating - we cannot praise them enough. Overall, we loved the property and would recommend it to everyone, especially to people travelling with babies.

This place was wonderful in several ways. Spacious accommodation that was very clean. We truly appreciated the space and the number of beds for our family that gave us a lot more comfort that other hotel rooms in Japan. Kana-san is amazing— she is a gem of an employee and was extremely helpful and very friendly. Always going out of her way to help with information and anything we needed. We were so grateful she was working overtime the night we arrived, as we were having trouble parking and she guided us through that and the entire parking process. She never once looked begrudging abt her time. We met her again the 2nd day and it was always great talking to her. She shared several recommendations and was always ready to help. On the other hand, the male staff that was around at other times seems very unwilling to help or engage with guests. Not a smile, or even a greeting. He stayed at the reception table mostly and looked at his phone, and left guests to their own devices or mini-struggles with the things at the breakfast table. We felt we would rather not bother him in general. The location isn’t at the centre of town, so if you’re looking for something that is central, this isn’t for you. We were very happy to take longer walks and come back to a spacious but cosy and quiet place, so this wasn’t a problem for us. Simple complimentary breakfast of bread and coffee & cereal, and you can cook your own food in your room/apartment.

Fantastic hotel in Kanasawa

Fantastic hotel in Kanasawa. Near the train station (6 minutes walk) The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, the bathroom is large and with various amenities and enough towels. The reception staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks at the reception. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would return again. I recommend it for families.

This was a lovely property overall, with a great layout for a family group. Our only surprise was the laundry (in our unit at least), the washer was not a combo unit and you have to hang the clothing in the shower and use venting system to dry your clothes. It was a surprise since there was no literature or instructions and it was our first time encountering this system. The desk agent did explain it the next day when we inquired, but it did take a long time for our stuff to dry.

アップグレードして頂いた部屋は、広くて清潔+使い易くて快適でした。特にマッサージチェアが良かったです。 スタッフの方のwelcome メッセージやきめ細やかなおもてなしも嬉しかったです。 フロントにコーヒーやジュース、スナック、スープ等が置いてあったのも良かったです。 駐車場は予約をすると駐車番号が当日にメールで連絡が来るシステムでしたが、問題なく駐車できました。 とても快適でしたので、金沢を訪れる際はまた宿泊したいと思います。
