"We loved our stay at The Sanraku Hotel in Kanazawa. Everything was beautiful, it resonated quality and care in ensuring a great customer experience. The hotel, rooms, public spaces, everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, a huge selection and everything looked good and tasted even better.

"Very clean and spacious room. The carpark was directly behind the hotel and the hotel location is very central. We walked to the castle, gardens, food markets and all the other areas we wanted to visit. There are kombini and a chemist just down the road. Rooftop onsen, everything was just perfect. "
"Very mediocre compared to other Mitsui Garden Hotels. Small rooms, unattractive and small public areas. The staff were unhelpful in recommending restaurants and transportation options. No way is this hotel a 4 start Two to three star woud be more appropriate."

Also located next to the pick up location for many bus tours to area outside the city. Hotel: Very nice. Good gym, nice roof top lounge. Staff: Very nice and helpful.
