孫二人を連れて夫婦で一泊二食付きで予約しましたが現地で追加料金がかかると言われました。Expediaの予約では孫の年齢も入力したのに予約は3歳未満として連絡されていたみたいです。入力は間違いなくしたのでお話ししたところ追加料金は切りませんでしたが、何か原因があるのでしょうか？
