"Great room in smaller hotel right on major street and a short 10 or 15 minute walk to train/bus station. Numerous restaurants & shops are right outside the hotel. Great breakfast for only 8 euros. The tour company (for trip to the monasteries) picked me up at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
"The hosts - Ann Maria and George were very kind and treated us like family. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and just enough. We were able to place an order for breakfast the previous night. That was a great way to avoid wastage. Upon request, they made freshly squeezed orange juice.
The property was 5-6 min walk to the main city square of Kalabaka. The view from our balcony and the common balcony was excellent - overlooking the Meteora rocks.

"What a wonderful property. The staff were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was excellent...all prepared on site. The property was beautiful inside and out. I would recommend staying in Kastraki where this property is located. The village is very relaxed and the views of the spires are much better than those in larger Kalabaka. The monastaries are breathtaking. Just be prepared to navigate a lot of steps. I would definitely stay at Doupiani House Hotel again!"
"Family hotel with good customer experience. The hosts were kind and attentive. Delicious breakfast with hand-made puff pastries, orange cake and many other fresh delicacies.
Place is convenient to visit Meteora, just 7 minutes ridea from the hotel. There are many parking options around for those coming by car.

"Visiting Meteora was amazing. This was out of the main town by 5 minute drive but the whole city is small. The cliff are right outside your room. Very very clean and new bathroom!! Highly recommend. "
