"Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade, Umgebung- wie überhaupt Heraklion- ist sehr laut, Zimmer zum Meer sind zu bevorzugen, Zimmer sind funktional, durchaus ausreichend, Bad ist eher klein und nicht mehr ganz heutiger Standard, Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, sehr aufmerksames Personal, bei mir funktionierte zwar die Key Card für das Zimmer nicht, ich bekam halt einen Schlüssel, Klimaanlage recht gut einstellbar"

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate. "This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port.
