Hotel has a first come first serve policy - so they ignore reservations - official policy. If you arrive early, you’re good - if you arrive late - you’re SOL. They also don’t manage who’s in what room - they opened my door multiple times thinking the room was vacant. There is definitely some mgmt work to do there from a process perspective. The staff is super nice and the property and rooms are in good shape.

The stay was okay. Not enough lights in the room, hair dryer didn’t work (I did tell the front desk about it), carpet looked well loved however they were working on replacing that, it seemed very dated. Bed and sheets were super comfortable!

The photos do not do this property’s poor condition justice. These don’t not belong to this property at all. It should be known this is a hotel for people and family who live there as well. We checked in and had issues with our room key 3 times, each time getting a key that didn’t work. The receptionist felt was inconvenienced by this, as she couldn’t resume her chat with the delivery person. The room however was decent, clean and fine for that one night we stayed. Given the condition of this hotel that was surprising though. The hallway walls have holes in them, water damage and dirty rotting walls. Everything was dingy, dirty, smelly in the hallways, lobby and elevator. It’s cheap, and we figured out why.

Needs some care

Staff very helpful. Carpeting in hallway and room very dirty. Bed was made with sheet on top of comforter. Staff gave us bedding to remake the bed. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and sausage.

The new manager helped us as much as she could, tried her best to get us in a room and she did. We did end up cleaning the Jacuzzi again, but I'm glad it worked. I can honestly say it's way better than the East location, we went there first and decided as soon as we pulled up we were not staying.

I am truly sorry I did not got the daytime valetss names. But they were great. My son is a Chef at A Marriott in Richmond VA that uses the same valet service. Your people are all top notch.. They are so friendly and very efficient ..

You get what you pay for here. I needed a cheap room for a couple nights. But I didn't expect an out of order elevator, a HazMat'd room, and rusty water from the pipes. The breakfast was a redeeming aspect.

The staff were amazing at hospitality! They were eager and friendly towards any task that I needed a solution to. However, the television was not working properly on Monday evening. The front desk tried to rectify the issue but was unsuccessful. I didn’t bother with it the rest of the stay because I had other options on my cell phone. Thank you for employing such caring compassionate employees!

Okay…

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. However I was disappointed that my room wasn’t freshened up every day. And my towels were not changed once during my 3 night stay. There were foul smells in the hallways. Again, the staff were wonderful.

Good stay with elevator trouble

Hearing that the elevator was out of order was bad news since I had knee surgery! The staff tried to accommodate me with a 2nd floor room. Other than that things were fine.
