"Everything about our stay at Halekulani Okinawa was absolutely amazing, from start to finish! The breakfast was exceptional, with a fabulous variety of Western and Asian dishes. The buffet had something for everyone, and the quality and selection were outstanding. The staff were incredible throughout our stay—warm, attentive, professional, and always welcoming. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and we loved spending time there. One thing we particularly appreciated was the excellent management of the beach loungers. Unlike many other resorts, there was no nonsense with guests reserving sunbeds for the entire day and then disappearing. If a lounger was left unattended for more than 60 minutes, belongings were removed so other guests could enjoy it. No reservations, no unnecessary competition for chairs—just a fair and relaxing experience for everyone. More luxury resorts should follow this approach! We stayed in a King Ocean View Suite, which was absolutely stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking ocean views. Everything about the suite felt luxurious. From the beautiful property and fantastic facilities to the outstanding service and attention to detail, Halekulani Okinawa truly exceeded our expectations. We loved every moment of our stay and would happily return. A truly five-star experience that we highly recommend!"

"The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony were spectacular, especially at sunrise! This is a great place for families and those who want some nature and peace and quiet on their vacation."

"My parents need to stay one additional night due to typhoon. They let me know how happy they are with the hotel services. My parents are old, have back problems and cannot speak japanese or english. The helpfulness of the staffs made my parents felt at ease in such an unfamiliar environment. Thank you!"

"パイナップルパークへ行くのが目的で宿泊しました。21 世紀の森ビーチ、沖縄料理食堂やコンビニへも徒歩10分以内でとてもアクセスしやすいです！高速バス乗降車のできる名護市役所からも歩いて行ける範囲ではあります。非常に便利な場所で助かりました！部屋も清潔でしたし、アメニティも揃っていました、そしてなによりこちらのホテルには看板猫さんがいて、運よく会えたのが何より嬉しかったです！！！"
