"This was one of the cleanest and best hotels I have stayed in long time. It was worth every pansy I paid for. The room was excellent, very very clean, the food was amazing. I give them 10 stars"

"I had a terrible experience in this hotel. First they gave us a room full of mosquitoes, they initially didn’t want to change us to another room because they could fumigate it. We refused and they changed us to another room, the problem is in that room the toilet didn’t work, so they had to literally remove it, fix it and put it back. We all got indigestion because the food was terrible. My mom fell on a ramp and they didn’t even have any medication to provide to her. The beach was full of sargasso and the snack only had cold options and they were all terrible. I won’t ever go back and I recommend everyone to avoid this place."

"Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. La comida estuvo excelente, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal brindó atenciones de calidad. Sin embargo, considero que deberían reforzar la seguridad en la playa durante la noche, ya que había personas ajenas al hotel merodeando la zona y molestando a algunos huéspedes, lo que genera cierta inquietud. Fuera de eso, la estadía fue excelente."

"If your looking for a vacation and place to simply relax, soak up the sun, read a book, re-energize your relationship, decompress, chill under a canopy, eat great food and drinks (both the restaurants and the buffets), be well served and entertained by staff, relax in the pool or chill on the beach, this is the place to come. The only downsize is the ocean water is not clear. It’s cloudy and there is jellyfish. If you’re looking to swim in the ocean and snorkel, this is not the beach. You may have to do an Excursion. The beach is still beautiful and the property as well. Overall, I would recommend this all-inclusive based on the information above."

"GIRLS TRIP - We had a wonderful time despite the weather (raining). Staff/Waiter- Zoraida was excellent amongst others, pleasant/friendly/cheerful/accommodating Restaurants - Mexican and Dominican were our favorite! The fried chicken from the beach area is a MUST!!! Entertainers - Luis and Ramon were awesome! Shows/bingo/miniature golf/night club all great! Room - AC worked/clean room/spacious/balcony Suggestions to make stay more pleasant: -Remove the extra charge if you get there early before check-in time in order to be able to eat/use facilities (never heard of such thing - Esmeralda needs more training on how to relay message) -Let you make reservations for dinner when you check-in for all the days and NOT have to wake up early 9am to make the reservation for that night only. - Change policy of having to return the towel daily. - Provide umbrella at check-in like the towel card since NOT all rooms had them as we were told. - Phone was not working so it was difficult to communicate of any issues presented (needed iron/umbrella/leak in bathroom) - Coffee should be provided at the buffet/breakfast, they have a cute coffee shop/pastries (which should give larger cups) so that was a little inconvenient early in the morning when you need that coffee!! Overall, this resort is great/small/everything you need is close by, great staff/food/entertainment! I recommend and definitely go back. Hope management takes suggestions into consideration and make adjustments. Thanks"
