"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. "The entire place was very clean, no amenity was left out and lots of special touches. You could hear the next door neighbors, very lively and noisy. Management failed to notify us on two separate occasions that plumber/neighbor was shutting off the water. He knocked at the door to let us know. Management should have communicated this, not the plumber/neighbor. As a senior/older persons it made us feel unsafe. I did notify management of the plumber as well."
