"I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The hotel is excellent location for walking to stadiums and restaurants in the area. I’d definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is a beautiful historic building. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional! The restaurant, By George menu provided variety and the food was excellent! We had brunch one morning and dinner one evening and all I can say as that I highly recommend the Skyscraper Burger with truffle fries. This hotel is truly a gem. "

"I stayed at this hotel on 9th floor with a great view! When I arrived, the front desk immediately got me checked in! The person was very friendly and helpful. She gave me all the local details and explain about the free breakfast in the morning! Once I got to the room, we had 2 queen beds on the top floor, no noise, great view, and we could not have ask for more cleaner room. The room and hallways was fresh and did not see any bugs what so ever! A great stay for the Can Can Event on Friday night! "
