The villa is right on the water and has a lovely patio and balcony. It is close to restaurants and a grocery store, plus the marina. It was very clean and comfortable and Joann is lovely.

No coffee maker and they had not checked the air-conditioning in the master bedroom before we arrived. It took a service call from a technician to reprogram the remote to get it working again. The towels were terrible, no hand soap, no shampoo, they did have a hair drier with a USA plug but no converter for it to EU wiring. Bring your plug adapters if you want to use the power outlets to charge your phone or computer.

Posizionata all'interno di una zona residenziale con security.Villetta composta da ampio open space con cucina e zona living, al primo piano due camere entrambe con bagno. Completa la struttura una ampia veranda con molo per barche.Zona tranquilla con supermercato e diversi ristoranti vicini. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto, la casa necessiterebbe di piccoli lavori di ristrutturazione (specialmente nella zona esterna). Alex e il suo team sono molto disponibili, gentili e professionali. Abbiamo fatto con loro l'escursione a Barbuda molto ben organizzata.Promossi a pieni voti.

Very comfortable apartment near Jolly Beach

Very comfortable apartment near Jolly Beach. Good communication and helpful concierge.Google maps wrong so don't follow link, call concierge for assistance. Recommend hiring own transport (hire car or golf buggy) as a 20 min walk to main beach. Smaller beach only 5 mins away. Good supermkt and variety of restaurants. Good wifi and good shower in apartment. Happy to recommend this accomodation.

The guesthouse room was very comfortable and clean. The room itself was nice and spacious and the shower worked well along with everything in the bathroom. I also appreciated that there was free wifi in my room. The guesthouse is located in a very safe area with a nice beach only a short walk away. The only negative is that the property is far away from restaurants and shops. I had to walk a half hour each way to go shopping for groceries or eat lunch or dinner. I would recommend having a car or a golf cart (which a lot of the residents in the area seemed to drive) to get around.

This is the first time we stayed at a Villa rather than a hotel.. the space was great, and the option to cook our meals perfect....100% satisfied!!!!!

What stay?

Our plane was delayed so we got to our destination after 8pm. We called the guesthouse and they had no reservations for us. They also said we couldn't check in after 8 anyway. We had to find a place to stay. Since we had reserved the guesthouse for 2 nights we called there the next day. They said,"we cancelled your reservation for the 2nd night. I asked them sarcastically where we were suppose to sleep. They had no place for us. We need our money back.

Antigua chiama Italia

The location is good, jolly harbour is close to the best beaches of the island (south west coast). The house is good, two bedrooms and it is quite cheap. We stayed 5 days and the house has not been cleaned, which is what we expected byba guesthouse concept, but we were not given the tools to clean it ourselves (vacuum cleaner would be useful). This could be improved. In our room the air-conditioning did not work, we realised only at the last night when we needed it. Other than this, I would recommend staying here.

Like being in a home

You are in a home rather than a hotel. Alex was so helpful and courteous. You need a car or golf cart to get around but the guesthouse is wonderful.

The front door does not lock properly with three different keys used by three different people. There was a lot of banging noise from the outdoor mechanism to protect the top level window from storms and this was not allowing me to sleep. Secure the outdoor curtain properly? Open and closing front door sounds? waves crashing? The rental manager came into the hotel/guesthouse/villa/condo? whenever he/she wanted to to retrieve wet towels and then again dry clothes on the floor while I was there. Nice clean and still in new condition !

A Villa in Paradise.

The villa was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners were warm, friendly and always helpful. Jolly Harbor is a wonderful location with many restaurants and activities to choose from. North Beach is a five-minute walk from the property. Highly recommended.

Appartamento in villaggio

Nel caso affittiate solo una stanza delle due disponibili,è ampia,confortevole e completa di bagno privato. Lo stesso vale per le parti comuni dell'appartamento, compreso un bello e ampio terrazzo che dà sull'attracco privato ma che ovviamente dovrete condividere. Nel caso invece affittiate l'intero appartamento ancora meglio, sarà tutto per voi! Solo un pò distante dai servizi,quindi consiglio la prenotazione anticipata di una golf car. Nel caso non ce ne sia disponibilità,non preoccupatevi e incamminatevi....troverete sempre qualcuno che molto spontaneamente con estrema disponibilità vi darà un passaggio! Il villaggio si trova su una delle spiagge piu belle di tutta l'isola e il personale di Antigua chiama Italia (Marco) è molto disponibile per qualsiasi eventualità o richiesta. Consiglio anche il tour organizzato che vi porterà a contatto diretto con le razze. Farete letteralmente il bagno con loro in ambiente naturale. Potrete toccarle e nutrirle direttamente con le vostre mani. Davvero un'esperienza unica!! Anche il proseguo del tour è piacevole e gratificante.

Great trip and stay

We rented the whole villa, felt like we were at home, comfortable and relaxing, everyone enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. This villa is located in a beautiful area. One thing unforgettable is the people in Antigua, they are so owesome, very friendly.
