The house is very dusty and we need to wash the utilities before use. The vacuum cleaner also very dirty. Will not come back to stay in this unit again.

This property has been well kept and maintained, and communication is great between the owner and the guest. The floor is too “slippery” presumably after the waxing and it’s a hazard concern. Other then that all is good

Smell in room

There is a strong smell in Room 3315 n hv informed their cleaner about it after checking out. Not sure if action has been taken. The quilt is thin and not thick enough. There are 2 queen beds. The lower one is not so comfortable. Other than these, the only thing I find good is the washing machine that we can use to wash our clothes and the view is awesome

Good Spacious Room

The process from booking to checking in and out are clear. The apartment is clean, well maintened and spacious. KSL mall is just located next door, and location is great. Overall, the stay was acceptable and will consider staying again.

Unpleasant worn out aircon & unwelcome spirit.

Book a 3D2N stay owner unreachable via whatapps. All through hotel.com email. 1st Night was really terrible, Air-con keep making noise, aircon compressor next to your bed side so loud keep on/off. What worst are it unclean/spirits keep disturbing ** open & close cupboard sound in the warobe, prayers sound can be heard in the midnight hours.. My whole family didn't sleep well the whole night. The door unit outside lighting fickle non-stop. So unpleasant to the eyes as well the ambient. 2nd night stay no choice on the living room light to sleep. In the wee hours 4-5am aircon auto switch off, make us awake. As you by now we are very aware, we are not welcome to stay by the unknown unclean spirit.

Dear guests,We have tried contacting you several times using the number that you have provided on Expedia. However it was always unreachable. Hence we resorted to leaving messages on Expedia message box which I believe you have seen since you were able to get the access cards for self check-in.We have never encountered a negative review for this studio ever. You are the first guest. Furthermore to say there are spirits is stretching a bit too far.Everything was working fine as we checked all equipments and appliances before every arrival.You have failed to respond to our messages during your 2 nights stay. Even when you checked out it would have been nice to inform us instead of trying to guess where are you.

Good value for money and convenience

Spacious apartment, very well equipped, and a very responsive service team. 50 meters from the KSL City Mall which offers a good choice of food and the Lotus Supermarket therein surely adds to the convenience.

Shopping trip to Jb

Has always doubted staying in apartments BUT this apartment was so comfortable, clean & felt right at home! And the view! The host was easily reachable & friendly. KSL mall is right next door & accessible from d apartment bldg so expect lots of shopping & food! Lots of eateries outside the bldg too! Will definitely return & highly recommend!
