"Clean: We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Staff: The only little concern I had was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was great. She spent a lot of time on her phone talking to a friend while she was working. My daughter and I were there shortly before the breakfast hours were up. We were watching the TV while we were eating. "The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."
