This hotel should be good, considering the good location - close to several restaurants and Mandala Square (but it is far from all other tourist points), however the TERRIBLE service let the experience really bad. Some points:
-They aren't polite, don't look at you in attendance
- Don't care to be receptive, solicitous or flexible
- Don't accept to keep backpacks until check-in time (only large suitcases)
- The locker wasn't working
- Twice there were a power outage
I definitely don't recommend and would not return.
There were other hotels with the same price range, but I already knew the "Signature Lux" and I thought it would be good, like the others (in others people aren't super attentive, but they are minimally polite), but the fact is that it isn't
