Top notch service and a hotel like no other. Truly remarkable and a one of a kind experience. Staff were attentive to every need and pleasant without being overbearing. This is not a hotel - it's an experience! Luxury beyond words, stunning architecture, magnificent customer service. The attention to detail on everything from the decor to the food presentation is world class. This is the type of place you stay at when you want to be transported to another world - where the hotel stay is the best part of the vacation. I was impressed with this property from the time you entered the property till check-out. Both staff and facility were exceptional. Staff redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and undeniably, incomparable. They were courteous, polite and polished. FOOD is a food critic's dream. Simply 5 Michelin star. They even made a dish not in the menu. I have stayed in so many 5 star properties and by mile, Umaid Bhawan Palace is IMPRESSIVE. THANK YOU AND SEE YOU AGAIN.

Once upon a time, there stood a grand palace—home to kings and queens. Today, that very palace belongs to those who walk through its magnificent doors. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was transported into a fairytale. Every person working within these walls plays a part in crafting a world of wonder, ensuring each guest is swept into a realm of enchantment, if only for a few nights. And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly. They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom. Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all. Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. Ram the driver, Ester at the spa, Chetan, Jakhang, Chand. Thank you for a truly magical and unforgettable stay.

Unvorstellbar beeindruckender Palast, die Lobby ist wie eine Kathedrale, tolle Gärten mit blühenden Büschen und Pfauen, kaum fassbar, dass das ein Hotel ist. Man kann nur staunend herum spazieren, beeindruckenstes Hotel in dem wir ja waren. Sehr guter Service, kleine Extras wie kostenloser High Tea, Nüsschen am Pool, abends Tanzvorführung etc. Schöne, großzügige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, leckere Cocktails. Kleines Manko: wir waren nach einem Wochenende mit Hochzeitsfeier im ganzen Hotel dort, daher war noch nicht alles wieder aufgeräumt und im Pool schwamm Müll, sodass man nicht ins Wasser konnten. Als Entschädigung gab es aber ein nettes Zimmerupgrate, daher alles okay... Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Unmatched Hospitality!

The hospitality at Umaid Bhawan is unmatched. You can order food from any of the 3-4 menus and even if something is not on the menu, the staff would be thrilled to cook and serve. Besides, it is a peacock paradise and you may find yourself eating breakfast in the company of gorgeous peacocks and peahens. Overall, it is definitely more than just a luxury hotel.

The building and gardens are amazing. The staff are the best in India. The food is great. Ambience is fantastic. Except the room. They need to hire a designer to upgrade the guest rooms which do not at all match the luxe feel of the property. They are not cozy nor comfy.

The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s a real palace and the staff and views were exceptional. From check in to check out they thought of every detail. It was truly a royal experience.

Unforgettable

It was a truly fabulous stay unlike anything else - we were so happy with our stay. The palace, the grounds, the service, and the food was incredible. Can't recommend it high enough.

An unrivaled hotel experience

If you have the chance and the budget to stay here you absolutely should - the building is astonishing in scale and intricacy. You can't get a full feel for it just by visiting for dinner or to the museum. Service is excellent, there were a few issues in the restaurant like bringing the wrong drinks etc but all minor and swiftly resolved.
