O apartamento muito bem localizado, a segurança ótima, porém tivemos uma surpresa (só fomos avisados após o check in) que a piscina estava em reforma e não pudemos utiliza-la. A proposta do apartamento é bastante interessante, porém existiram baratas no imóvel e necessidade de uma dedetização; o enxoval de e cama e banho precisa ser atualizado; os armários dos banheiros e as portas necessitam de manutenção.

Excelente, mas precisa mais cuidados de higiene

Estrutura do solar é muito boa, localização excelente. Os quartos para o lado da rua podem ter muito rúido durante a noite devido ao movimento. No entanto, as acomodações precisam ter melhor limpeza , higiene do sofá, higienização do banheiro, roupa de cama e toalhas de banho precisam ser trocadas ou melhor higienizada.

Por ser um condomínio fechado no qual residem moradores fixos, as regras são bem rígidas, por exemplo não poder entrar de boia na piscina. Mas para quem já é acostumado a esses tipos de regras, é tranquilo demais. A limpeza, organização: impecáveis! Porém ,deveriam ponderar um pouco em alguns quesitos que considero irrelevantes. Como recebem visitantes temporários, amenizar mais. Alguns pontos deveriam ter sido passados com mais detalhes, exemplo a cobrança pelo uso da lavanderia, onde pegar a chave para o uso da academia. No mais, minha avaliação é : Bom, recomendo e voltaria.
