Flat simples, limpo, arejado, com boa localização. Porém senti falta de alguns acessórios simples e primordiais de cozinha, como pano de prato, pano de pia, pano de chão. Não tinha uma manta, colcha ou edredom. A TV não funciona aplicativos como Globoplay e Netflix. E a comunicação com os administradores não existe.

Foi ótima, flat é bom, mas precisa equipar melhor, falta pano de piso da cozinha, detergente prato (eles deixam dois dedos exatamente, tive que fazer check out deixando louças p/eles lavarem), pano prato, sanduicheira, cadeira danificada (pés moles), o fogão estava com fuligem de poeira. Mas em geral, foi ótimo. Excelente localização, centro p/qualquer das praias. Não é perto da praia! Passam uns 4/5 quarteirões. A dormida é tranquila sem barulhos externos. Estacionamento tranquilo espaçoso. Precisam rever esse horário de check in (15h) já que o check out é improrrogávelmente as 12h (são extremamente inflexíveis)

Não há muito o que falar, o apartamento é incrível e dispõe de muitas funcionalidades, além de ser novo, o prédio em si é muito organizado também, a única reclamação seria em relação ao que está disposto na cozinha, o detergente era insuficiente e tivemos que fazer render com água, o que não ajudou na sensação de louça devidamente limpa, além de que acabou antes mesmo de irmos embora. Também não havia pano de prato ou pano de chão, e pra nós que prezamos por ambiente limpo e organizado, acabou que prejudicou um pouco a experiência na cozinha ou em fazer as refeições. São coisas básicas, e visto que outras coisas mais complexas estão disponíveis, esse ponto pode ser facilmente solucionado visto que quem é organizado e preza por limpeza, vai querer manter o ambiente cuidado. No mais, foi tudo incrível, não houve dificuldade de acesso ou de informações, o apartamento é extremamente confortável, recomendamos.

Exelente apartamento, mas pode melhorar.

O apartamento é ótimo, mas precisa de alguns detalhes, como no minimo uma vassoura e pano de chão para realizar a limpeza do mesmo. Como não é feita a limpeza diária, vai se acumulando sujeira. As toalhas deveriam ser trocadas ou ter toalhas suplementares. Acredito que a proposta com cozinha é otima, mas precisaria ter no apartamento ao menos temperos básicos, sal, pimenta, óleo, palitos de fósforos. Itens que deixamos lá como cortesia. O esgoto da pia da cozinha precisa de manutenção. Quanto ao banheiro, também entendo que deveria disponibilizar mais papel higiênico.

razoável

Achei razoável, a localização é bacana, pessoal da recepção super educados, piscina bem legal também. porém no flat em si, havia lençóis manchados, a sanduicheira estava suja, não havia pano para enxugar a louça (oque não era cômodo pois a pia é pequena), a cafeteira também não estava legal pois já estava meio obstruída com algo, e tive que chamar alguém lá com os responsáveis para reparar, mas pelo menos eles deram o suporte.

Ambiente novo e bem decorado! Quarto possui cozinha americana bem equipada, Wi-Fi e fechadura da porta eletrônica! Há pararia perto para refeições! Não é “perto” da praia ou shoppings, mas a uma curta distância de carro! Excelente custo benefício!
