(In fairness, the receptionist offered to let me take the shuttle without repaying, but I felt awkward about that.)"
"Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access."
"We spent two nights at Panorama Hotel for our 25th anniversary and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, in a quiet area (around 20 mins by cheap Uber to the Old Town), and our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed, great air con, and lovely views.
The highlight was the pool and spa on the 24th floor with stunning views over Prague. Staff were fantastic – friendly and thoughtful – and even surprised us with champagne and a note for our anniversary.

Coffee machine and free wine in the lobby.
Nice patio at the top of the stairs.
Close to restaurants and about a15 minute walk to the Charles bridge, the old town and train station.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The greeting at check-in was fantastic, with complimentary drinks. In fact the staff provided complimentary drinks each day. A fantastic hotel that I thoroughly recommend."
