All people can see a bath tub, toilet bowl and the showe booth in the room through the window from outside. It was horrible experience.

최고의 가성비

골목엔 오래된 모텔들, 심지어 영업 안 하는 곳들도 있을 정도로 좀 을씨년스럽지만 호텔바라한 혼자 독보적인 멋진 새 건물을 뽐내며 서 있습니다. 주위에 놀 거리 먹을 거리는 희박하지만, 50미터 거리에 편의점도 있어서 편리합니다. 방 내부는 가성비 극강인 컨디션으로, 기본형 방에 욕조에 전자레인지와 와인잔, 소파, 라텍스 침구까지 구비되어 있으며, 리모델링 아닌 신축 느낌입니다. 다만 큰 단점은, 동절기에 너무 춥다는 것으로, 에어컨만 있고 난방기가 설치되어있지 않기 때문일 겁니다. 대신 전기장판이 침대에 설치되어 있습니다만, 개인적으로 전기장판이 맞지 않다보니 좀 추웠습니다. 그래서 프론트에 연락했더니 온돌을 은은하게 틀어주셔서.. 온돌이 있다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 방에서는 온도조절은 안 됩니다.

욕조 스파 불편사항

화장실에 욕조가 있는데 샤워기가 없어서 주변 청소가 불가능합니다. 약간 찝찝함을 안고서 욕조 스파했네요...

실용성 별로예요.월풀에 샤워타올도 없어요

가격대가 12만원대인데 딱 러브호텔 수준이네요. 욕조는 대형 월풀욕조임데. 욕실에 대형타올도 없고 작은타올만 인당 2장 밖에 없어서 정말 어이가 없어요. 디자인만 고려하고 실욜성이 별로임.

생각보다 더 넓고 월풀도 정말 좋았어요 그런데 방 청결은 별로 좋지 않았고, 응대도 별로여서 그냥 제가 수건으로 닦고 말았네요. 시설이 좋은만큼 카운터 보시는 직원분들 서비스마인드가 조금 더 올라가면 좋겠습니다

PROS: Overall, it was a good experience. The room was huge (got a free upgrade). The jacuzzi was great. Very modern. High ceiling. Separate room for shower and toilet. Huge TV. Complete toiletries. I had a nice time. CONS: This is not a hotel. It’s a high quality motel. Koreans would agree with me that this is not a hotel. Nowadays, new motels are called hotels even if they’re not. But nonetheless, this place was great! Also, there’s no swimming pool. But that’s fine as long as you make sure you get the room with a huge jacuzzi 😉 Would come back here if I ever visit Jeonju again.

최악이었습니다

말이 호텔이니 프론트 보면 모텔 같구요.. 환풍기가 고장인지 화장실에서 하루 종일 담배냄새가 너무 심하게 났어요 수건이랑 욕실에서 락스 냄새가 진동을 했고, 샤워실에 옷이나 수건 걸어놓을수도 없어서 초기 커플은 민망할거 같아요 방음도 잘 안되고, 주차공간도 부족하고 일반 호텔보다 침대도 좁았어요 체크인 시간도 5시고.. 나름 전주에서 비싸편이고 좋아보여서 갔는데 역대급으로 최악이었어요.. 그냥 이름있는 호텔 가시길 추천해요

분실물로 한달 넘게 문의 중입니다..

두달 가까운 시간 동안 여러번 분실물 확인을 하고 있는데.. 아직도 그냥 못찾겠다는 답변이네요. 분명 분실물 찾아서 프론트에서 찾아가라고 하시고서는.. 사진까지 보내드리고 그 반지 맞다고 확인까지 해 주고 이후에 잃어버렸다고 하시면 분명 프론트에서 보관 중에 잃어버리신 것 같은데 아무런 대안을 주지 않고 '그 반지가 아니라 다른 반지를 착각했다' 고 일관 하시네요.. 물론 처음 잃어버린 제 잘못이지만 찾았다고 찾아가라고 하고서는 없다고 하면..

분실물 관리 엉망

분실 도난으로 한달 넘게 실랑이 중입니다. 깔끔한 시설과는 별개로 서비스가 엉망입니다. 이름이 호텔이지만 프론트도 일반 모텔처럼 창이 가려져있고 손만 나왔다 들어갔다하고 손님을 응대 하려는 시도는 하지 않네요.

보안 서비스 다 아주 개판입니다.

보안이 아주 개판입니다. 어쩌면 서비스 문제일수도 있고요. 결혼반지를 샤워중에 빼두고 깜박하고 퇴실해서 바로 찾아봐달라그래서 찾아 두셨다고 연락이 왔습니다. 몇호에서 어떤 모양의 반지인지 사진까지 보내서 제 반지가 맞다고 확인하고 보관 해 두신다고 하시기에 주말이 지나 찾으러 갔습니다. 근데 웬걸, 누가 제 반지를 찾아갔다는 겁니다. 주인 확인도 안하고 분실물을 넘기다니요. 그래놓고 한다는 얘기가 지금 생각 해 보니 제 반지가 아니라 다른 사람꺼였답니다. 사진 다시 보여주고 문자 주고받은 내역도 확인 해 주었는데 책임 없다는 식입니다. 직원이 먹었는지 프론트에서 다시 분실 한건지 모르겠지만 이미 없어진 반지 어쩌겠냐는 식으로 아무런 대응도 안해주고 답답해 미칠 지경이네요.
