Fabulous hotel. The staff were wonderful (especially Harry, the Front Desk Manager who is a credit to the hotel). The room was exceptional with a view to die for, the bed was comfortable, the shower first class. The breakfast was something else with the vast choice. When in Opatija don’t stay anywhere else!

This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more. This came as a surprise to us, and after negotiating with the hotel management, we waived the parking fee this time, for which we are very grateful. The hotel's highlight was the wonderful à la...

Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this.
