화장실이 2개 방이 2개 라서 선택했습니다 주차장도 지상이지만 넓고 편합니다 방 하나는 넓고 방 하나는 좁습니다 냉장고는 미니 냉장고가 아니라 냉동냉장 분리라 좋습니다 일주일 이상 아니면 객실 청소가 없고 수건은 본관에 가지러 가야합니다 에어컨은 거실에 한대 , 선풍기 한대 침구 침대 컨디션은 낡고 스프링 소리가 많이 납니다 저는 큰 기대가 없어서 큰 실망도 없었습니다 바로 앞 버스 정류장 바다 해안산책로가 있어서 뚜벅이 여행지로도 좋은 곳입니다 노티드 랜디스도넛 봄날 애월 카페거리 곽지해수욕장 한담해변 도보10분 내외입니다

어허..정말 위치랑 가격빼곤..기대안하시는게 좋아용.. 허허허 진짜오래되었고 ㅠ 방음이 너무안되염.. 그래도 근처에 카페많고 내부에 24시간 무인gs마트도 있어서 어린 친구들이 부담없이 무리지어 갈만함.

너무 낡았음

시설노후는 후기들로 알고왔지만 그래도 좀심함 수건이며 이불이며 식기류 까지 변변한게 없음 에어컨 돌아갈때마다 소음 장난아님 신관인 경우 그나마 화장실은 깨끗한편 여긴 친구들끼리 몰려와 수학여행온 기분으로 온다면 괜찮을듯 굳이 애월에 있어야한다면 위치는 괜찮은듯

관광지로 유명한 애월 근처에 위치하고 있습니다. 일단 방은 매우 넓으며, 콘도인만큼 약간의 부엌 장비들이 있습니다. 편의점 24시간 운영됩니다.

저렴한 가격에 위치 좋은 곳에 있어요! 그런데 리모델링을 했어도 오래된 곳이라 장판들이 갈라져 있거나 창틀이 안맞거나 하는 문제는 있네요ㅠ 그래도 가격대비 위치가 좋아서 만족합니다

가성비 만큼의 숙소입니다.

위치는 애월 카페거리에서 가까워 접근성은 좋았습니다. 산책 하다가 숙소 들어와서 쉴수 있었으며 가격대로 1박에 저렴한 편이었던 것 같아요. 방은 넓은 편이고 기본 정리는 잘 되어 있지만, 매트리스는 그냥 누웠을때 허리에 스프링이 느껴질 정도로 상태가 좋진 않았어요. 온돌방이 나을듯 했습니다. 샤워기의 경우 헤드부분이 세는 편이었구요, 방마다 싱크대는 있었고, 수건은 경우 매일 쓰고 프론트로 가져가면 하루에 한번 바꿔 주신다고 하는데 2인실의 경우 세안용 수건 2개 밖에 없어 불편한 부분도 있었어요.

블로그 후기를 보고 예약을 하고 방문했는데 역시 블로그의 글은 믿을 수 없다는 것을 느꼈습니다 청소 상태 등 청결도가 너무 앉좋았습니다 같이 간 일행은 가격대비 괜찮다고 했지만 기본적인 청소는 해 주는게 맞지 않나 생각합니다 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다

불편한 점은 벽지에 모기가 눌려 죽어 있다는 리뷰를 보고 갔는데도 놀랄정도로 많더군요. 게다가 크리스마스쯤이었는데도 모기를 많이 잡았어요(겨울이라 힘이 없었는지 물리지는 않았어요) 그리고 침대 매트리스는 버리셔야 할 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 만족한건 입지가 너무 좋았어요. 숙소 가까운 곳에 놀맨이나 봄날같은 핫플레이스와 가까웠고 탁 트인 바다를 전경으로 산책하기에도 너무 좋아요!! 잠만 자고 나오실거라면 저렴한 가격과 입지에 추천합니다.

주변 관광하기 좋은 콘도

애월 해안 산책로가 바로 앞에 있어서 주변 산책하기 좋은 곳이다. 콘도이어서 식재료로 간단히 조리하여 먹을 수 있는 것이 좋으나 식탁이 없어서 앉아서 먹어 좀 불편했네요.

Spacious but old establishment.

The hotel is old but very spacious compared to newer and more modern hotels. The staff at the time of checking was very friendly. However they did not have any drinking water available inside the hotel. We had to buy bottled water from a convenience store nearby. The view was nice but there were no amenities except a bar of soap.
