Good and spacious room albeit a bit dated and musty. Good location with decent amount of restaurants and convenience store close by. In walking distance of public transport so it is easy to get around the island of Jeju.

Comfortable and affordable

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the check-in times are generous. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but very affordable and comfortable. Would stay again.

Room and hallway were pretty. Bed was comfortable. Small sofa also in the room. A lot of shopping and food in the area. Easy to get to airport by bus from hotel.

There was a coin laundromat down the street and the bus dropped me off a half block from the hotel.

The room is small, especially the double bed smaller then normally I stay at other hotel. The lift not on floor level. Need to climb the staircase up an down. Need to walk a distance to shopping area. Overall satisfied

The room was old and the bed was not comfortable. The washroom was dirty and the towels are yellow. The elevator is located in the middle of each floor, which is inconvenient to transport luggage.

The room was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom, which was still wet with moldy smell when we arrived. There was also a used pair of slippers, soap bar, toothpaste, and cup in the bathroom, which is so unsanitary. I didn't even want to shower during my stay :( The AC was half-working, as it sometimes didn't respond to any buttons on the remote. Also, the wi-fi was sketchy as it didn't even have a log-in nor password. There were suspicious holes on the wall and smoke-alarm (there was a piece of electrical tape over a hold on the smoke-alarm). Overall, I didn't feel safe nor comfortable during my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was thinking and hoping maybe I can save some money in Jeju and not spend like $50 a night or more for a hotel and pictures are ok. So after I come in my room I hear noise loud noise and that was minibar it was so noisy you can't sleep. Mattress I can't even explain how old and used that is it's like have some holes inside I slept so badly there. In the bathroom there was a toothpaste I don't know if previous owner left it there or hotel put it there it was not new it was less then a half. And I had a used hard soap... ammm we are in corona time and you are leaving somebody's used hard soap in the bathroom even without corona time this is disgusting to leave used hard soap when somebody used it. And the picture I added this is how they made my bed every time like what? I can do it better. Like whole experience here was bad. At least one good thing was it's in quite neighborhood.

宿泊料金が格安なので満足です。毎日シーツやタオルの交換、ミネラルウォーターのサービスがありました。外観や施設内はやや安宿っぽいですが、部屋自体は清潔で快適でした。コンビニも徒歩３０秒圏内で、東門市場にも徒歩で５分程度で行けます。

매달 제주로 출장을 갑니다. 스테이호텔은 제가 20년넘게 다녀본 수많은 호텔중 최악입니다. 불결한 화장실 찢어진 벽지와 이불의 습함 이상한 냄새가 나는 별로 시원하지도 않은 에어컨 끈임없는 모기의 공격 엄청난 스트레스를 안고 재대로 자지도못하는 그런 호텔입니다.
