Comfortable bed/pillows.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Washer/dryer very handy for self laundry. Need to bring own laundry detergent. Near Jeju airport with only 15mins’ drive away. Restaurants and small convenience store nearby.

What makes this place so great is the staff. They are kind, patient, helpful and efficient. The condition of the room was very clean. Yes, you can hear others who make a lot of noise but generally no issue. Love the washing machine and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to LotteMart and a 25 minute bus ride to the market. Perfect location to take the bus - many route options. Overall, I would come back again for the convenience, value and staff. Thank you. Almost forgot - convenience store is literally two doors down the street.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in a Suite Queen Room. Lots of restaurants on the streets outside and convenience store just next door. Initially struggled with the parking garage as never used one before but once figured it out was not a problem. The room was very spacious with a great view. The washing machine was an added bonus. The staircase was narrow and steep but the handrail was sturdy. The beds were very comfortable. WIFI was easily connected and stable when we used it. Would highly recommend staying at Centralpark Residence.

The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that no cutlery and crockery was provided even though it was stated as included in the information provided on Expedia. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Overall, our stay at the hotel was good.

Central Park Stay

Check in was bad. He did not explain to us no daily cleaning or towel change. Did not explain about parking or how the unit run until asked. We had president quad rooms. Ac unit located in living room so both bedrooms were hot throughout the stay. They provided 2 fans but it was enough to stay cool. I would not book here again.

Good stay

Good: Clean stay, comfy bed and pillows. Has all the typical amenities you need. Love that they provide shampoo etc in big bottles instead of those little ones that are wasteful for the environment. Not good: Moldy-smelling toilet - mold growing in toilet sink? Strong smell that did not get better even with airing toilet. Overall, will recommend you stay here. Take note, reception below can't call you a taxi which was a problem for me but easily solved since the main road is behind (provided it's not raining!). Taxi costs ~5000w from airport. GS25 a few steps away.

ホテルの立地はよく、スタッフも大変親切でした。 ただ、シャワー設備面で利用が難しくスタッフに対応してもらいました（シャワーの温度調節の表示が逆になっています。 赤→水、紫→お湯の表示です。本来なら、赤→お湯、紫→水の表記になるべきです。 また、キッチンは大変きれいにでしたが、室内の清掃、特に床、階段にはほこりが積みあがっており、チェックイン前の清掃が不十分だったのが残念でした（宿泊期間中の清掃は宿泊者がするように指示されてましたが、宿泊前の段階ではホテル側がきちんと清掃すべきです） その他は、大変よかったので、この点が残念でした。
