10/10 Excellent

"We stayed for the weekend on a family trip , 2 rooms in the Maligne Suites. The rooms were very spacious with 2 Queen beds (comfortable). The bathroom had large 2 person jet tub was nice. The full size coffee maker was handy in the morning. We used the pool and hot tub twice and enjoyed our time there , also a Sauna and Steam room available. Unfortunately the Inn Grill was closed for the season but not a huge problem as plenty of restaurant choices in Jasper. We enjoyed our time at Jasper Inn and would come back again."

"Overall our stay was great. We did find some stains on the sheets as soon as we got into the room, which was concerning, but the rest of the room was very clean. I would say if you are pregnant, this might not be the hotel for you. The towel bar is directly in front of the sink in the bathroom parallel to the counter so washing your face or using the sink is extra hard cuz the towel bar and pregnant belly get in the way. The tub is also very tall, which is great for baths but not so much for getting in and out of to shower while pregnant."

"Cleanliness overall is 1-10 is 10 for me Staff is easy to communicate and solve whatever you requested Parking is a lots of spot Kitchen for complimentary breakfast is absolutely perfect for family especially if you have kids. It’s make our trip smooth and easy . Our grandchildren enjoy the swimming pool and also the buffet for breakfast is a lot i’f choices and the filipina staff are very friendly and knows how to communicate with small kids. Thank you everyone for your hardwork and keeping that hotel perfect for family"
