"Overall had a great stay. Staff was amazing. Had issue with vermin in room upon arrival but was able to get new room promptly. No issues after that. Food was okay. Beautiful pools and beach. We enjoyed ourselves."

"Honest review. We read the reviews, and were a little concerned, but decided to give it a try anyway and glad we did. Staff was amazing and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. When we asked for something they responded promptly. Room service was good and prompt as well. The beach is fantastic. We were there during the slow season and it was like we were the only ones on the beach some days. The food was good. I'm more picky than my husband and he liked everything. We ate at the buffet all the time. Other than breakfast being the same every day, lunch and dinner changed theme every night. The burger place was really good. There was no night time shows or entertainment to speak of. So, if that's important to you, this isn't the place. We were all about the chill, so it wasn't a problem for us. Beach drink service was good too. We staying in building 8."

"We stay in the Spa Villas and the amenities can not be beat. We had a little hiccup where our room was overrun with ants and they upgraded us to a bigger space room. The staff is amazing. They really make you feel like you are valued. We can’t wait to return next year!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very good experience at the Rio Palace Hotel in Jamaica. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. However, I was disappointed with one part of my experience. When I booked my package through Expedia, the package indicated that airport transportation/transfer from the airport to the hotel was included. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the airport, the transfer was not provided, and I had to arrange transportation myself. This was frustrating because I had specifically chosen the package expecting the airport transfer to be included. I hope Expedia and the hotel can improve the communication and coordination of the transportation included in these packages. Other than the transfer issue, I had a very good stay and enjoyed the Resort🇯🇲🥰🙏"

"Our stay at S Hotel Jamaica exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond, always ready with local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, and the property itself is stunning. The food and drinks were a highlight; every meal was delicious, and the cocktails didn't disappoint. While the beach is technically public, S Hotel's section makes all the difference, staff set up loungers for you and servers come around with drinks, so you barely have to lift a finger. And the water itself is incredible: crystal clear and pristine, easily one of the best beaches I've ever visited. We're already looking forward to coming back!"

"We enjoyed the pool proxemty to bldg. 5 & the bar & snack bar close by to the pool. The evening entertainment was nice, but it would have nice to have had one night of eight of a quieter nature for dancing for folks less than 30 !! The food in the resturants was excellent except for the Asian resturant. We didn't care for it at all. The morning meals were wonderful as was the staff !! Thanks for the shaved Smoked Salmon. My favorite each day. The tour guide folks were quite friendly and very helpful."
