Owner and employees were great. Decent breakfast menu md food. Clean place. Outside of town, so not convienant if you want to explore Jalpan. Right off highway so it was loud.

Me decidí por este hotel después de leer las reseñas en su mayoría positivas y muy bien calificadas. Ratifico dichas reseñas y agrego la mía, esperando sirva a otros usuarios. Les comento: hacia mucho tiempo no escribía reseñas de lugares visitados. Hoy hice la excepción porque es justo hacerlo y reconocer el buen trabajo de quienes ahí laboran. Desde que nos bajamos de nuestro vehículo nos gustó la vista exterior, a medida que avanzamos nos dimos cuenta que también el interior era muy agradable y limpio. La recepcionista fue muy amable, al igual que otra persona que ahí estaba. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia al igual que el baño. Tiene estacionamiento interior pero no lo usamos, afuera estaba bien iluminado también y como andábamos algo cansados, nos quedaba más cerca para bajar las maletas. Nos gustó que cuenta también con restaurante igual de higiénico que el resto del hotel. La atención totalmente personalizada de inicio a fin. Precios justos. Sigan así !

La atención de el personal es muy buena y el servicio también. En el restaurante la comida es regular. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que uno de los trabajadores jóvenes de el hotel llevó a sus amigos en la tarde que estuvimos ahí y no dejaron usar la alberca ya que es pequeña y ellos se aventaban y no respetaban nada. Mi hijo de 6 años no pudo estar dentro ni 10 minutos.
