Overall it is nice spacious rooms but there is no outlet in the bathroom. You cannot use hair dryer looking at mirror in the bathroom. Also the power of hair dryer was very weak. I really would like this hotel to improve so that I can stay again in future.

A very nice place to stay for anyone.
Somerset Kencana Jakarta is located in a very convenient area, with one of the finest malls within walking distance. The property is exceptionally clean and spacious, which I truly appreciated. However, one thing to note for potential guests is that there is a daily announcement or prayer broadcast starting at 4 AM, lasting about half an hour. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this might be a disturbance. Aside from this, the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We have stayed in this property twice and we intend to return annually. The staff members are very nice, the apartment was prepared with the requested items and we even received a welcoming gift. The apartment has a spacious main bedroom with ensuite and a washing machine. There are some odd ergonomic issues like no power points in bathrooms and that the stove is side by side with the sink. These are minimal to us compared to the excellent service we received. Thank you Somerset Kencana!
