My experience is bad. We have booked 2 double room through Expedia. in our itinerary Full Breakfast include in our package but hotel management refused for Breakfast. They said some issue with Expedia so they cant provide breakfast to us as committed by Expedia.

Jaipur hotel

As I had got an excellent rate on Expedia, it was worth it. Otherwise it gives the effect of a one or two star. Very basic. Clean sheets, but not their towels. No iron. That goes out after 7:30, normally takes an hour but they kindly brought it back in 30 mins. Ooo and a heads up for those who are non-veg. It is completely veg. But good food. The indian is very spicy.

Nice hotel at this price!

Hotel staff were nice and welcoming except for the receptionist who seems to be very cold especially to people who have booked though expedia or other hotel booking sites. Exactly do not know the reason why. Room service is really slow but overall it is value for money

The hotel is clean and reasonable well taken care of. The food was great. Just need better facade (worn out) and staff needs to have a bit more pleasant demeanor than they already have. Good value for money.

TINY ROOM

the room size was tiny 12ftX12ft =144 ft - bathroom 8X4=32 =112ft and also they gave a pack of 4 chips etc each with MRP RS 10/- IN A BASKET IN THE ROOM AND AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS PAYABLE AND I WAS CHARGED RS 20 +TAXES FOR A PRODUCT OF MRP RS 1O/- AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED DURING CHECK IN THAT IT WAS PAYABLE AND WHY A PACKED PRODUCT WITH MRP 10 RS I WAS CHARGED 20/ PLUS TAXES
