pleasant hotel with a few shortcomings

The staff are professional and kind. I booked two rooms and one was OK, but another one was a bad smell, find in the room on the wall two mosquitos and two bugs, and the bathroom had moisture in the ceiling. I also saw mosquitoes in the corridor of the hotel.

Not a resort or 4 star by any standard

Terrible experience. From the start, unfriendly greeting at reception during check in, the shower is leaking and the door doesn’t close properly, they don’t provide beach towel and want to charge 3€ or something similar per hour for a towel which is unheard of in a 3 or 4 star hotel. Didn’t refill shower gel during housekeeping. And on their website they offer bikes for guests but when we ask for them at reception once again we had to pay 7€ for 4 hours PER bike. For something called “resort” these things should be included not charging us for every piece of entertainment. The only positive is the breakfast buffet which offers alot of options and good food. Rooms are clean, and renovated. Management needs to look at other hotels such as Valamar or Terme Olimia or even basic hotels in Slovenia and what is offered for this star level and price instead of just focusing on squeezing every euro they can from guests.

I enjoyed my stay , it was out of season, but still provided everything I required, swimming pool, spa , restaurant etc. had lots of parking and was very quiet, the restaurant although a buffet was good

Close to the water, walking distance to a lot of eating, lovely rooms. Single occupancy you will have an actual balcony to sit at. (These are the corner rooms). All in all would stay again.

Nicely Renovated

There was a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel, but it does appear to have been renovated and it was a really nice room and bathroom. We had a view to the sea from the balcony which was a nice bonus. Check in was easy.

Ugodno in obnovljena soba ter blizu plaze

Lepa soba in kopalnica. Na zalost pa družinske sobe nimajo balkona, samo francoski balkon, zato težko sušiš brisače.Med 5-dnevnim bivanjem so nam samo enkrat očistili sobo, vsak dan so samo spraznili koš. Zajtrk smo imeli zelo pozno, ob 9.30 uri.

I picked this hotel because, as per the website, there is WiFi in each room. I would have to work during this trip and internet access is essential. Upon checking in, I was told that the WiFi was broken. Despite complaining about this, the manager couldn't find another room. Because I did have to make a call and needed Internet access, I sat in the lobby to make this call. Apparently, the bar tender wasn't happy that my friend and I were sitting and not ordering anything so made as much noise as she possibly could. It was so bad that the manager spoke to her about this. And you are in the hospitality industry. Despite the room being non-smoking, it has an ash tray and smells like cigarettes. I was supposed to talk to the manager the next day but when I went speak to him, he had already left for the day. I couldn't speak earlier because I am in Koper for the triathlon so need to register and so forth first. Suffice to say, this hotel did nothing right and extremely disappointed that I am stuck staying her.
